Dissatisfied clients should contact the Managing Attorney who will arrange an informal hearing of
the parties within ten days of the request. Following
the hearing, the Managing Attorney will issue a written disposition to
the parties within five days.
The client has the right to appeal the disposition
to the Board of Directors' Grievance Committee (three board members)
within ten days of receipt of the disposition. The Grievance Committee
will then meet with the parties. The Grievance Committee shall set forth
its decision and rationale in writing within five business days.
If you are represented by a private
